I've read The Times daily since 1975.

I can't read the editorials - they get me too angry - but the reporting, as far as I'm concerned - is the best.

I go to the website frequently during the day, when I get up to make sure the world hasn't exploded, and to read an article or 2 throughout the day when I take a break.

I'm going to miss them - but I suspect I'll find much of the same content elsewhere.

I'm sorry it's come to that but I don't think I'll be alone in doing so. There's a lot of free content in cyberspace.

In fact, maybe I'll get all my news from here.
