It's called a 'lower noise encapsulation panel' in the FSM but mine's missing. I know it's probably not necessary or harmful to be without it but the car is otherwise just about perfect and I'd just like for it to be complete. Plus if it really encapsulates noise that would be a nice bonus. Anyone?
