AFAIK, you cannot do a summary execution, even in Malaysia. OTOH, "OM ALLAH!!! HE grabbed Joe's gun and I had to shoot him.".
Don't forget, when you are pulled over and they ask to see your fingers it is a bribe demand in Malaysia. Each finger represents $10
