Couldn't believe this license plate somehow sneaked past the Calif DMV censors.
They are *REALLY* strict and vigilant and puritanical, those DMV censors..
(I took this one right when I got behind the guy when I was almost at Silver Star Mercedes Benz, to get that dealer, in Thousand Oaks, in Ventura County, outside of LA, to sign off on the high mileage badge application).
