Very precise observation. On the flipside, those who remain in the workforce will the ones to pay for that kind of "health care reform".
To think that health care cost will decrease by reforming it is unreal.
Overall, the suggested reform is a mere consolidation of the insurance industry, just like the recent consolidation in favor of the strongest within the banking system.
The cost of health insurance will multiply for employed individuals or families to carry those who cannot cover their part of a government regulated health care system.
