So what is wrong with it?

Looks like an awesome car. I'd love to have that exact one....black on black....602 turbo.....W124....that'd be a sweet High MPG commuter....I consider my 300SD a bit thirsty, it only averages about 25-27mpg usually...though I do have soft snow tires on it right now.
