No injectors were not balanced. And I checked the lines on the fuel system before they look fine with no cracks. One of the injector return lines is weeping but I didn't think it would be a problem. Again guys thanks for all the help....
What exactly was done to the Injectors?
Did you do a Diesel Giant type swap of old to new Injector Nozzles?

While the Engine is smoking what is it running rough?

If the Engine is running rough; while it is idling try loosening one Injector Line nut at a time and tighting it back up. If when you loosen the Injector there is not much change in how the Engine is running you have located your prblem cylinder.

It also might be interesting to recheck your Valve Adjustment.
