how were the maintenance schedules defined for the old benzos at the dealerships?

I know
Engine Oil and Filter: 7500 miles or 6 months
Brake Fluid: 2 years
Coolant: 3 years
Transmission: 30000 miles

but do they also do spark plugs at a regular interval? air filters? distributor caps/rotors, tire rotations? etc..?

maybe someone can share the intervals they maintain at?
