The fog light bulb is available at NAPA, Autozone, Advance Auto, K-Mart, others.

Agreed that the stock US lights are dismal and the US yellow fogs aren't much help. Euro lights are worth the $$ in my experience although I have never had aftermarket I can't help you there.
