That is our friend Gary (MBZ300CD) over at BW...
I have a spare set of jack plugs in case somebody snags them...as was mentioned, they're cheap enough.
Just make sure the jack holes are clean before you install any of the plugs. We live in sunny southern CA so I am not that worried of snow or inclement weather (rain, snow, etc), but still do keep an eye out.
