You will need to remove the pan to do it right. Get a new pan gasket, turbo tube o-rings, and the rubber bushing. Ideally you'd replace the lower section of tubing also. It is not really an "easy" job at all. If you are not confident in doing potentially complicated/difficult mechanic work, I'd take it to a decent MB shop and have them replace it. I had mine start leaking badly, and I was losing about 1.5 quarts a WEEK.
