I did find some ICE CUBE relays on EBAY. I swapped the glow plug relay, I mean

, with the window relay, and 2 of my windows work now. The Front driver and rear passenger work. I then swapped the 2 window fuses and same result. If the fuse is good what else would keep the 2 windows from working?
Is there a common ground between the 2 that would make them both not work?
