I did that with my daughters 240D, got the cam, rockers and all, no worries
the parts have "worked together" The PO of that car was an big time Amsoil salesman, BUT he hadn't adjusted the valves for YEARS, ware nasty groves in a couple lobes.
I recommend taking vstech up on his offer
