Yeah, Phil's a good guy and ready to help make any transaction right. On occasion, MBz has superceded part numbers that result in parts not being exactly correct for my old W124. Phil has unhesitatingly taken these back, even though he was not at fault in any way and it costs him to do so. I had just the opposite experience with another well known Georgia-based online vendor, who gave me excuses after excuses after run-around and took more than 4 weeks to issue me a credit. Needelss to say, I now BuyMBParts elsewhere. (Oops, did I let something slip out?). Wouldn't happen with Phil.
