The Model number on the generator engines i operated/maintained in Korea was "UD9."
Alot of years have passed since then so i dont recall the KW rating,i can however remember that when the temperature was below 0deg f i ran them alot longer on gasoline than 2 minutes,probably more like 15 or 20 minutes and even then they would barely run on diesel for another 5 minutes after which the huge clouds of smoke gradually diminished and they actually ran very well and used alot less fuel than the 6-71 detroits that replaced them and that was a big deal because we had to haul all those drums of fuel up a very steep mountain road.
