Do a search for my posts. Pretty much everything you would like to know about the job. On my engine it was #1 AND #5. I did mine at 240k - IMHO timing chain is a MUST at 400k - what are the chances that has already been done? You'll feel better for it either way. If I were doing it at 400k I would have the head rebuilt as well.

Whatever the case you are doing the right thing by parking now because you risk getting coolant in the bottom end (you knew that.)
