shop around, Paul. dealers have a little latitude to charge a bit more/less than
the other. dealer cost is about < 1/2 that. small handful of us were lucky
enough couple of yrs ago to get the chrome Smartkey for $60. then MB found
out what we were doing and put the kabosh on the whole group deal thing,
then jacked up the price, and informed the dealers not to allow us to purchase
in such fashion anymore.

i've seen a few folks report low $200s so it's worth calling around to the
different dealers.
