Tried to order a set of 1st repair size piston rings for my 110 engine and was informed by MBz that they no longer carry them. TEM Machine Shop, builders of exotic and racing engines, here in Napa, CA. who were doing the machine work on the engine had one of their ring suppliers make a custom set for a lot less then MBz wanted. These are the finest rings you can buy, probably overkill. Contact Rich Olivier at rich@TEMperformance.com. I'm working on him to have his suppliers come up with custom pistons, hi-pro cams, maybe even stroker kits, he has the contacts. Six in a row ain't so slow.
