My old 300 TE 4-M used to break sway bar brackets more regular than usual. I chalked it up to me driving it very aggressively but now that I think about it my new 300 TE 4-M hasn't broken one yet. That shoots a hole in the aggressive driving theory. I know for a fact that the old one had a spring perch that was separating from the body. It's a long shot but not a bad idea to look closely at where the front spring perches mount to the body. If they are at all suspect you should remove the undercoating and inspect closer.
