Thanks to Phil, Roy and Bill!

I placed an order at AllParts, Phil called within 5 minutes to tell me of a change in shipping fees due to special order items. No problem. Then, I asked him about that short hose which runs from the thermostat housing to the intake (380), and he added that to my order. No problem.

I check my bank account online and see that the order amount I originally placed was "pending", along with the new total price with that hose and shipping fee for special order.

I'm a cowboy and don't make much money-(but love my life)...and I got overdrawn. My bank treated it as though the money was gone, even though the "pending" amount of the first order would never be captured.

Over 200 bucks in overdraft fees hit within a couple days.

I asked Phil to fax my bank an explanation, and the bank said they never got it, even though the fax was transmitted and received. Twice. (By Bill at the home office). Finally got it straightened out on the third try. Got ALL my money back... to buy more parts of course!

Thanks Phil, Roy and Bill. Roy has helped alot with pdf's and tech help on this job, priceless.

Lessons learned...Keep more money in bank. Bank sucks. Peachparts, AllParts and Fastlane are much more than just web commerce sites, they are run by real pros, standing behind their product.
