Jason, I agree with S-Class that it's likely the leak source is the windshield seal, not the sunroof. Suggest removing the Liquid Nails from the sunroof ASAP so as to minimize any damage it may cause. The sunroof drain lines (like all other MB drain lines) direct water under the car, not inside the car. Some automotive silicone sealant along the top of the bottom windshield seal should resolve your leak.
