Hope I'm not bugging you but I don't know if you get the posts. This was my response:
I never took it apart, only took out the seats. I love the design, and since it's manual, 6 bolts and lift out the seat. It is odd both left and right seats doing it. Perhaps the paws are out of adjustment anyway. There were foil gum wrappers lodged in the seat track holes and the height
mechanism. I bushed the fore and aft adhust lever as it was too worn to operate.

But I do not know how to adjust the timing of the paws.
