I don't have a digital camera so if you would like to wait some time I will try to gety some pics, the bumper is in good condition and so are the side skirts. You will need to repaint them to match your car, if you're doing it in a good shop they will sand it and is should look brand new, and yes it will absolutly fit your E320 since it the exact same body
