Yes it can but it might be hard to remove the necessary circular clips without being able to see down the center and limited access space in front. You might have to remove the radiator or unbolt the compressor so you can rotate it to remove the clutch. You will probably need a puller to remove the drive (clutch) plate before you are able to remove the pulley and electromagnet.
