somehow when they gained access to the blower they pulled the vacuum line that goes to the heater valve off this leaves it on all the time.two choices: 1 put the vac line back on or repair the break in the plastic vac line.2 buy a pair of needle nose locking pliers and crimp off one side of the heater hoses.
