I have cleaned both the throttle body and the idle control motor to the best of my ability. As for testing the OVP, I have tested it to the extent that it can be tested out of the car... IE: there is voltage where there should be voltage according to a recent post on testing it. I am hoping to get the car running just well enough to get it to a pro to have it fixed right. I need to find someone good in my area, which is the Kingston/Poughkeepsie area of NY.
