i think they started using corn based? ethanol in brazil ten or twenty years ago?

actually, wiki says thirty plus years ago. seems to work for them, in the self sustaining / reduced oil imports dept. , but... its still adds to the global temperature (unless you think that's all some evil plot by all gore and .. well, some eviler scientists?) of course "lula" is friends with the iranians and hugo chavez, so they do have good sources for importation... until the u.s. invades from those bases in colombia? or israel bombs iran? or the united states bombs everyone? (wow, i should be quiet now. sorry)
