I'm in the same boat that you were in. I was in an accident back in April and John and Kraftwerk came HIGHLY recommended so I took my car to him. It's been 4 months and still no car. Any other body shop would have had the car repaired in about 3 weeks. I seriously regret my decision now. I hope John finishes soon and that I don't have to end up suing him to get my car back and then have to take it to another shop to complete the work and have to pay out of pocket. This has been a disaster.
