OK here is mine...

Take a can of Spam, remove the contents, throw them away and eat the can...

Nah, just kidding... here is one that is actually kind of good

1 can of Spam, rinsed and crumbled

3 potatoes

2 peppers - one green one red

2 large onion

1 clove garlic

a bit of EVOO

wash and peel the potatoes and them microwave them for 5 minutes or until soft

In a skillet

Heat the EVOO
- you can use B100 if you want - it can't hurt this!

Chop the garlic, onion peppers, and potatoes

Put the veggies in the skillet and cook them until the onions caramelize

Add the Spam and cook until it is browned

Instant SPAMASH!

Serve with eggs over easy - if you dare to eat eggs!
