Looks like you have it pretty well covered. Only things you might add:
Change diff. oil
repack wheel bearings
Check motor mounts (they are about due)
be sure to use proper tranny fluid, the MB stuff.
Clean the MAF and EGR, they like to get dirty and send DTC's to your dash display
That's all I can think of since you did/are doing the plastic fuel lines. Oh, don't forget the O ring behind the SOV and the one on the pre filter (funky size, be sure to get the right one).
