I know what you mean...I got my 560 SEL for an almost unheard of $2500 bucks and the only thing I really HAD to replace was a $14 center console window switch that didn't light up when I got it a year ago. Soon as I got her I got the "bug" and started switching out and replacing a lot of stuff to make sure she ran as new as ever (I still keep the old parts because they still work!). You'll see what I mean when you get it and welcome to the "S" family
