No need to remove the injectors or fuel rail. Replacing the wires is difficult only if you set out to replicate what the factory did. Develop your own plan for the routing and it's easy. It's tight at the coil wires but there's no reason to remove anything. There is a cover over the coils that has to come off. I consider the covers a superfluous part, never put them back on and have never had a problem.
