If you've got less than $50 invested in the new motherboard and it's not working it might be time to rethink your strategy and consider a bare-bones upgrade kit: new mobo, new CPU and new RAM.
Did you ever positively confirm it was the mobo in the first place and not bad RAM, CPU or PS?
