Any Mercedes dealer should be able to get the filters. The PN's are 001 094 21 04 for air and 000 180 00 09 for oil. They are both common to the 114.920 engine in a 250C.

Not sure about your fuel problem. The EPC shows a mechanical pump, but no regulator. It sounds like someone may have added an electric pump and regulator and disconnected the regulator for some reason.
