That would be an M123 motor. The carb is Solex 4A1 pretty much like the M110 motor, but the throat and jet sizes are different.
The oil filter will be the same as the 250C and the air filter will depend on the shape of the air cleaner. Take the filter with you to the parts counter and see if it's the same as the 280SE or 280E.
That or call a parts supplier that handles grey market cars. The 800 number, above should be able to help.
The M123 is basically a slightly more modern M130V, just like the early 70s 250 and 280 carb'd cars.
