They haven't provided me a tracking number in 3 weeks since I ordered my headlights and now they have gone silent. After some further research, I found that this seller operates under several storefronts and has locked his feedback as private, always a red flag. I am filing a claim with Paypal but this is certainly no way to operate a business with integrity.

He invoices outside of eBay as ivm1 with email address ivm1@msn.com
They list this address which is at a strip mall in Simi valley:
