Remember the 1930s invention where the engine was used to blow up tires? One cylinder's spark plug was removed and the hose was screwed in, with the other end attached to the tube. Run the car for a few minutes (it is an air pump, after all) and watch it inflate.
With a mixture of gas and air in the tire.
