I found out what it was.
It is the fan belt tensioner, I took off the fan belt and started the motor I did not hear the clicking so I knew it was not internal. While the belt was off i spun all the accessories to see if they sounded wiered. The tensioner had a clicking noise but spun fine.
I put the belt back on and started the motor useing a screwdriver I listened for the noise on the tensioner mount. Sure enugh it was there loud as ever. I could see the tensioner moving back and fourth in connection with the noise. I have found the problem now I need to fix it.
Thanks for your help.
