Why are you replacing the rotors? They do not need replacing unless they are warped. You do not have to mess with the bearings, simply remove the wheel and you will see an Allen head that comes out to slip the rotor off the hub. You will, of course have to remove the caliper and wire it up to relieve strain on the hose while you change the rotor.
If the rotors are not warped, this will be one of the easiest brake jobs you ever did. You can replace the pads in no time. Make sure you replace one at a time. If you remove both from the same caliper, then start pushing the piston back in place, it could force the opposing piston out too far and necessitate caliper rebuild or replacement.
