oil pumps in general fail if bouncing of the limiter or too high a revs

the RB engines had a problem with pumping too much oil to the head if you revved them too high for too long, going around a corner (race track) which was bad because thats exactly what the grt was for... they fixed a few years after they were released, which considering the engine was in production for 12 or so years is'nt bad

just a thought, as the RB/m103/4 seem to be pretty damn similar (not going of any technical proof)
