Probably something you would not want to do yourself. New transmission is about $700 if you screw it up. The wiper arms come off, the plastic covering the wiper motor, then unbolt the assembly and wiggle it out. I watched the mechanic replace mine and it is pretty complicated. He had to adjust the transmission two times before it was right. Have to put it back in to check it out.
