Yes, I am 100% sure there is fluid, filled all the way up in all chambers of the reservoir . There are some small bubbles in all chambers that I can see, so I know they are full.
This is why I think it may be the seal between the res and MC. Could the seal be blocking the tiny hole in the MC?
