no cold start 380

Check to see if the cold start valve delivers fuel by removing it from the manifold, fuel line connected, and with the ignition on, supply 12 volts to it to open it. If fuel sprays, then the fault has to be in the power supply during a 'cold start'.

Then ,check to see that the cold start valve is getting electricity on a cold start . A faulty temperature switch mounted on the intake maniflod will cause the problem.
