Maybe contamination, maybe the way USLD affects o-rings? Who knows? All I know is it's working right now.



Wonder if your ignition switch is going bad? The 80c thing would suggest not, but now it's doing it at all temps.

Go crank the car and jiggle the switch while it's running and see what happens.

Just a thought.
