Bad Aux fan relay is what it looks like.
Pull out the relay and tap it gently all around with a small plier or back of screw driver. see if that would loosen the contact. and help restore the relay. Just to be sure borrow one from a friends car and plug it and see if solves the problem, then you know its the relay for sure.
