Is there any way to just replace the bleeder valve? I could likely tap it out with a reverse thread removal kit. How can I determine the correct part? I would have to have to replace the entire rotor just for this one piece.

Thanks
Welcome to the forum drglock - sorry to hear of your troubles. An easy out like you say might help. If not (and if you can find them) left handed drill bits could also help - you need to turn them in reverse as you drill into the snapped off nipple. Drilling in reverse sometimes helps the snapped off thread come out.

As for the sizes of the bleed nipples - for my ATE calipers there are 2 sizes available. I'm quite sure that one has a M8 thread and I think the other is M7 - but then again it might be M6... sorry to be vague about these sizes. I ended up buying both sizes from the dealer as my old ones were so corroded you couldn't tell the size just by looking.

Good luck.
