Yes, you can buy rebuilt steering boxes....they're rediculous expensive new anyway.

I changed my idler arm and steering dampner at the same time. It didn't totally fix my loose sterring but it DEFINITELY tightened it up some......easy and cheap to do! if I can only figure out what the clunking noise is in the front left corner
