Another thought, did you check to see if the GP are working? Easy way is to watch if the inside headliner lamp dims slightly when GP are turned on.

It may take a lot of cranking to get the fuel to the injectors. Don't crank for more than 30 seconds at a time and give the starter a chance to cool between cranking intervals.
