thanks jeff. temp here is mild (40's) but after a day sitting in the garage last week, it took numerous times (at least 10X) before it fired up. when it fired up RPM started low, 500RPM, moving up to 1000rpm at normal temp.(80 degrees). obviously, it should be the other way around, isn't it?
also, what then is that filter/valve next to the fuel filter and fuel pumps?
