The doors I have are not only in horrible shape, but a tread separation damaged one severely.

So I would like to take care of them quickly. If I go the Euro route, I will need wipers, etc. And those will take time to procure.

So I am thinking, since its winter up here, that I may just get them fixed then spend the winter getting all the parts lined up for a proper Euro conversion. Also, being winter, there is salt all over the roads. I have already found the wipers to be valuable. So I really prefer to keep those going for the rest of winter.
